I stumbled upon this website entirely by accident whilst looking for a wedding card for my bride to be. Now realising just how new the website was, I happily placed my order.

Communication from the start was excellent, and as for the card...WOW!!! If you're looking for a card with a difference, the 'exploding' card by Carddazzle is exceptionally well made, packaged well and very good value for money considering the effort that has clearly gone into its production.

If you're in any doubt about trying this website out, with it being new, don't be worried. The service was as good as Amazon, only with much more of a personal touch. It's nice to see British made items with a bit of class.

I've now bought a few items from Made by Mums with Love and I have been surprised by how easy the whole process is and at how good the quality is. The communication has been good and I haven't been left wondering whether my order has been received. I think it's also good value for money... You do need to be quite organised when it comes to buying gifts though as some of the made to order/personalised items have more than two weeks waiting time from the point you order to estimated delivery time. I think the P&P can be a little confusing when you're buying from more than one seller as everyone seems to charge differently. I understand though that everything is being sent from different places though so not sure what they can do about that. Will definitely continue to buy from the website as I also love the idea of buying other Mums!

I recently ordered a mother's day card from this website. It arrived on the day specified and looked great. A beautiful handmade card - my mother was very pleased!

As I have 6 nieces and nephews I am always looking for presents and it's a challenge to get something that they already don't have and would be excited about receiving as a present... This site is great as the items are all unique and made my mum's, who understand kids and know what kids and parents like as a present.

Got a very personalised service all the way through the purchase and the present arrived on time and very well packaged.

This is a great idea and very well executed. I would definitely recommend the site to my friends and will be back here for my next niece or nephews' birthday.

I have bought 3 items and I have been pleased with them all. The first was a personalised name sign for my son's bedroom which looks fantastic, the second was a simple little skirt in a great fabric (with elasticated waist which is nice and comfy) and the third was a superhero cape for a present which was a big hit. The service for all 3 was excellent and it's good to buy things that are a bit different and lovingly made.

I wanted to buy some bunting for my cousin who was turning 21, but who has severe learning disabilities and brain damage, which results in impaired eyesight. She loves primary colours and can actually see/recognise them. So placing the order I asked for greens, reds, yellows and blues. I was soon after contacted by Joanne, who wanted to know which bits of the bunting i wanted which colour. She was obviously very skilled and artistic, and reassured me so much that once I had explaned what I wanted, was happy to let her use her imagination and go with her instincts. This was on the saturday, and by the Wednesday after I had my bunting. It was beautiful and everything I wanted. My cousin loved it and it was soon put up, pride of place in her bedroom. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again, and will be ordering one each for my children when decorating their bedrooms. A big Thank You.

Bought an item on this website for my twin boys, their customer service is on a different level from most online retailers. They took the time to contact me personally by email and clarify exactly what I wanted as there was a little confusion with the order. They really go the extra mile to help. There are so many beautiful things on their website I could shop all day - I was looking particularly at the 'Nursery' section as I'm currently decorating the nursery for the twins. I found their products to not only be very reasonably priced compared to other online options but of a higher quality than high street shops and with a personal touch. I will be buying from this website again for sure!
