Fantastic Customer Service Over The Phone. A Love

Fantastic customer service over the phone. A lovely lady called Mel phoned to check the order and let me know when a couple of things were not in stock. She offered me a number of options to proceed with the order and I opted to have the in stock items sent to me and cancelled the other items rather than wait for them. I received my order by 12 noon the next day-fantastic! And they had the best price on the web for the whole Oyster pushchair package with carry cot, colour packs for pushchair and carrycot, maxi cosi cabriofix plus adaptors! Wow! Would definitely use Lullabys again.

Would Never Use This Site Again, So Much Stress Ca

Would never use this site again, so much stress caused by this company,had a faulty pram sent to me the they would not refund my money,i had to send the part that was broken back,They then bent it back into place and sent it back..Poor for the money spent

This customer ordered the product and then after assembling it said it was too wide to fit through her doorway and asked to return it and for a refund. We said that as the product had been assembled, we could only offer a refund if the product was in a new and re-saleable condition and as such asked if she still had the original packaging. The customer then changed her mind and decided that the product was 'faulty'(not mentioned previously)and that the attachment to attach the pram body to the chassis would not lock. This was remedied over the phone and there was no fault. The customer then decided there was a new 'fault' and that the bar on the pram body was bent (again not previously reported), it was confirmed by the manufacturer that this probably occured when the user tried to get the pram through a doorway that was too narrow. Nonetheless the bar was repaired and sent back to the customer free of charge, despite the fact that the customer originally sent the wrong element and we had to arrange a second collection all at no cost at all to the customer. Interestingly, the customer has now decided that the pram does actually fit through her doorway...

I cannot rate this company highly enough!! They price matched an item that many other baby equipment companys said they couldnt price match! i ordered on a saturday afternoon and it was with me on the following tuesday and that was inlcuded in the price! the customer service was excellent i am recommending them to everyone! I am only going to buy my bugaboo bits from them they are brilliant !

very happy with service. I called after viewing product on website, rather than online buy as had some questions. Very helpful on the phone, order went in on saturday, arrived the next tues, as promised. A significant saving on the same products at John Lewis. Very happy and would definately use again.

Lullabys Has A Simple To Use Website. Competitive

Lullabys has a simple to use website. Competitive pricing. Freephone helpline with fast response and helpful assistant. Item was in stock (Stokke baby high chair at £109). Free delivery. Promised delivery in 2 days and did! Everything that I would look for from an online supplier. As this is first time experience, I will wait before awarding a 10* rating

I've Ordered From Lullabys On 3 Occasions - Once O

I've ordered from Lullabys on 3 occasions - once over the phone, twice on their web site. On all 3 occasions the goods arrived within 3 days, which was surprising because they actually had the bugaboo cameleon that I wanted in stock. I'd tried a number of places and they'd quoted 4-8 weeks. A good company to deal with.

I Experienced Very Poor Customer Service On Shop F

I experienced very poor customer service on shop floor. Staff seemed unaccomodating and inflexible in approach to exchanges and returns. Make sure any product you buy is exactly right before you leave the store as, in my experience, they are unlikely to offer anything better than a credit note.

I had no problems whatsoever when I returned my parasol as it didn't match my pushchair, the staff were friendly and helpful. I can only think that maybe you had damaged the packaging or removed the labels so that they weren't able to sell it again. I have several friends who have used Lullabys and like myself, they have never had anything but exceptionally good service.

I Use Lullabys For All My Baby Goods And Will Go N

I use lullabys for all my baby goods and will go no where else now after bad experiences with larger stores. The ordering and delivery times with Lullabys are fantastic. Ordered Bugaboo on Friday afternoon and Monday morning it was on the door for me. The box was not damaged in any way and the bugaboo was and still is perfect. They have all the accessories to match in the shop and if not they are honest with you. The whole process from ordering to delivery is very quick and they keep you informed about what is happening per mail or call. I will be back as I am pregnant again 3rd time lucky.... All in all if you want great service then here is the place to get it.

I Have Ordered Nursery Goods From The Lullabys Web

I have ordered nursery goods from the Lullabys website on several occasions, and they never fail to impress. Your order is confirmed immediately by email, you are informed when your order has been dispatched and they use a reputable courier company to deliver their products. On each occasion that I have ordered, my goods have arrived within 3 days. On one occasion, there was a manufacturers fault with an item I had received. I called Lullabys at 2pm and received a replacement the very next morning.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lullabys to any parents-to-be.
