Ordered goods on 24 January, here we are 21 February no sign of them, no email response and just an answerphone message on their "free" phoneline

Excellent prices, cheapest I could find for the Jungle Lampshade, no complaints there! Delivery took about 3 days, so all in all a pretty smooth transacton. I would recommend this site.

I Hadn't Used This Site Before So I Was A Little W
I hadn't used this site before so I was a little worried, but the light arived within a couple of days and it was as described. I can't comment much on customer service as I didn't need to phone them, but they have a free phone number on the site which was good.
All in all a good site with good products at reasonable prices!
