Ordered one item on the 5th feb. it's now 3rd march n my order has still not arrived. Was told on 14th feb that they were sending out a replacement. They have taken my money n not delivered any goods!! Have sent quite a few messages/emails now and not even a single reply apart from when was told was getting a replacement. Also phone number doesn't work either.

Quite simply the worst retail experience I've ever had. Order was VERY late and communication was terrible - I had to chase relentlessly to get a response from the company and the replies I did receive were far from polite. Emails were ignored; communication had to be done via the Kiddiwinks Facebook page. When waiting for my order, I noticed at least 5 other posts on the page complaining about the same problem. These and mine were soon removed, so that only positive messages remained. Tracking details were promised but never received. When the item did finally arrive it was very poor quality. Never again!

Well what can I say?!?

I found out about kiddiwinks on Facebook (a sponsored post) and decided to take a look, as I have a two and a half year old daughter, (who is growing so fast it's hard to keep up), who is now appreciating wearing pretty clothes and what she looks like in them.

They have a fantastic range of girls (and boys) clothes in many varying styles. So I decided to place an order for a lovely little dress for my princess.

I was then thanked for my order and was told that it would be dispatched soon. Within 2 days the dress was delivered to my house, (which was super speedy and unexpected, as sometimes it may take a whole week from some places for it to turn up!).

The quality of the products are second to none and are very well made using 100% cotton.

My daughter loves her dress and the service from them was impeccable from start to finish.

I've no problems recommending to my friends to use them, as I know I will be in the future!

I love the clothes from Kiddiwinks, it's so hard to find such fashionable clothes for children that don't break the bank. I can't wait to see their French Connection range.

I often buy from kiddiwinks and have never had a problem with any of my purchases, each has arrived on time, securely packaged and the clothing is to a very high standard! I would recommend kiddiwinks to all my friends... And I have!!!

My order has still not arrived 12 days after placing my order. I have sent the supplier 3 messages asking if it has been posted, but I have received no reply. Very poor service. I certainly wouldn't recommend kiddiwinks.com to anyone. If they haven't sent it yet they could at least reply stating this.
