11 Days To Despatch An Item !
Hugely disappointed with HeyBaby. Ordered an item on Feb 23rd, which was not despatched until march 5th with no clue from them that this was going to be the case. Phoned and left messages on their message answerphone but no-one ever called me back. Eventually got through at the 4th attempt to find out the bad news that the item only came into stock on March 4th !. Very poor service and a lack of integrity as other companies I have dealt with in similar circumstances have phoned to let me know that the product was delayed.
