Incorrect writing on personalised card.

I sent numerous emails before they responded. They sent a replacement card. However, by that that time, it was too late. No confirmation. The communication is absolutely abysmal!

Will NOT use again. No stars from me!!

I was unhappy with one of the three prints that I ordered. The name was spelt incorrect and the print was very creased. I emailed the company to inform them and didn't receive any apology was just informed that it would be £7 for a replacement. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

This is a warning to anyone wishing to use Frame my name.

Before you order, google your child's name and whatever link comes up first is what Frame my name will use for your child's name print.

My son's name was chosen at birth as it meant "spirit of battle", "son", "companion" or "friend" to name but a few...

One of the meanings that Frame my name put on my baby boys print was "Cask". A Cask is a barrel of alcohol.

Imagine my disgust when I saw this, I emailed them and told them how displeased I was.

I said how can you put such a word on a child's print, when he is older and learns how to read he'll be asking me what "Cask" means and you expect me to tell him its means a barrel of alcohol?

Every website under google bar the first one has a nice meaning for my sons name, Who on earth would chose a word so distasteful for my child's print?

I asked Frame my name for a reprint without the word "Cask" and they said I would have to pay for a new print AND pay for the postage and packing again!!!!!!!

I said I would do no such thing and said I'd rather send it back and get a refund, of which they refused.

I sent another e-mail requesting a reprint as a good will gesture and they ignored me.

This goes to show what an ignorant company "frame my name" is, I shall be making sure people hear about this, Associating a baby's name with alcohol is disgraceful and shocking, I will never do business with this company again.

Frame My Name ignored instructions that I didn't want to have my daughter's name's meaning included on the product, added an incorrect meaning anyway, then proceeded to tell me it would be £10 for a corrected reprint.

They also add their company website address on the bottom of your child's name-plate, too close to the name to be hidden by a frame. Who wants corporate advertising on a child's picture?

Cheap product. Terrible customer service.
