Poor Stock Management
I have also been a victim of this website's poor management. I ordered a product that said that they had 2 in stock with standard shipping to arrive before Christmas. I put in the checkout notes that if it would not arrive before then to cancel the order. 5 days later(DEC22), I was emailed by the site to say that there was a problem and their supplier could not fulfill my order for an additional 2-5 WEEKS. I immediately went back to the site to double-check the stock status because I was pretty sure that it said it was in stock when I ordered, and there it was....still showing 2 IN STOCK, even after I had received an email about it being on backorder. The phone number they provided was a Houston area code, so I then checked to see if maybe they had a local store I could visit because I live in the metro area. NO ADDRESS LISTED ANYWHERE, no contact other than a support email and the same phone number provided with the delay email, no names either. This place may have good prices on some items, but that's only because they are drop-shipping everything and have no actual stock on hand. It seems that every bad review of this site leads to the fact that they don't have good communication with their suppliers and their customers. It's almost if they don't care about the 'occasional' problems and resolving them to their customer's satisfaction because out of 3 review sites so far I've been to, their bad reviews outnumber their good reviews by at least 4 to 1, eventually this will lead to reduced business and then I bet they will take note, if not, I don't care because I'll never order there again. Their Facebook page is full of planted comments......oddly enough with similar names of the good reviews on this site, coincidence?

Stay Away From Them !!!!!!
I placed an order for a plush toy my 5yr old wanted on July 10, 2015. They processed my order and took my money quickly. 6 weeks later and still no package. When I call to find out the status I am told my order wasn't shipped yet and I get a different time frame of when I can expect it to arrive. Twice they have promised to email me a tracking number for my shipment, but I still have not received anything. If I had known this would take so long I would have looked elsewhere. I am writing a review in case it saves anyone else the aggravation and money.
