Rip Off Merchants
The company doesn't answer their phone AT ALL, they sent out broken goods and after having to send it back I have been left empty pocketed as ..... although there website says they refund postage costs for having to send back faulty goods.... I'm still waiting.... I've emailed the company on many occasions and still waiting for reply.... The company dont reply to emails......Very disappointed!
Agreed - they've got us too!! No communication - refusal to accept return, clearly second hand good supplied TOTAL RUBBISH MERCHANTS
Received cheque through the post over 2 months later, but with no response to emails. Happy to have money but still disappointed with lack of communication.
