Hasn't been delivered as yet due to christmas period. Ordered on wednseday evening. On thursday was emailed to say that the system that I wanted was not in stock anywhere in the country and would not be available until at least the end of feb. I contacted them and asked them if they could price match my local baby store for the more epensive model. Replied today with a yes. Price has now been reduced on website too. Lets hope delivery doesn't let them down but until now I have been incredibly impressed.

This was the first car seat I've ever bought for my first child. I emailed a whole host of questions through to Baby on Board, and they got back to me within a couple of hours. I ordered the seat straight away.

Delivery was quick, arriving only a couple of days later and very securely packaged. The carseat arrived in perfect condition.

I recommend Baby on Board whole heartedly. I'd not heard of them before - really wish I had, perhaps I could've had a better experience buying my pushchair!
