Really poor!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and they took instant payment

I had to chase my order to which it took over a week for them go reply!

I'm still wAiting for delivery!!!! If it ever arrives!

Just received my arianna dee coat for my daughter. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery! Will definitely shop with you again.

After ordering an item over 6 weeks ago, for which Baby Bumkins took INSTANT payment, I have still not received the item! They only responded to 2 of my 5 emails, there's no contact number to actually speak to them on, they ignore private Facebook messages and the shopping outlet where they are based does not answer their phone either!

Apparently Baby Bumkins' online shop was closed for most of August, which explains the initial delay - fair enough. However, I am told that meanwhile the item I had ordered and paid for had been sold in their shop!

They were awaiting further stock, which was "due in at the end of the week" (nearly 3 weeks ago). After no further communication from them, I re-emailed yesterday and have today received a refund. No explanation, no apology. I'm glad to finally have a refund, but am frustrated by the lack of customer service and the fact that even if an item has been bought and paid for online, it could still be sold to a customer in their shop. Clearly online customers are not valued. I might pay slightly more for the same item elsewhere, but given the hassle I have had it would have been worth it. AVOID!!

I have purchased the Teamson magic garden bookcase for my daughter for Christmas. I can't wait for her to see it! upon opening the box, the colours and quality look amazing and will look perfect in her pink bedroom.

I bought a cow space hopper for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it.

Its great when the suns out, she plays in the front garden quite happy. However with the great British weather she plays indoor with it mostly.

I bought my Ellie a beautiful Little Darlings Outfit from babybumkins, it arrived very fast and the clothes are out of this world.
