Ordered the Roma jemima dolls pram for my daughter for Christmas. The pram initially turned up dirty full of scuffs and the chassis was snapped. I was then sent a replacement which within four weeks has snapped again in not one but two places. I’ve emailed them and sent the photos and explained what’s happened and basically, received an email back claiming my child must have sat in the pram and caused it to break? Absolutely diabolical customer services and the fact the pram cost £150 should mean something? My daughter is absolutely gutted if was her main Christmas present and she’s idolised it from the minute she laid eyes on it. Would not recommend to ANYONE

Had To Threaten With Legal Action - Avoid
I don’t usually publicly complain about companies, but the experience we had with Baby Birds was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. If you’re considering placing an order with them—just don’t!
We ordered a car seat on November 15th, expecting delivery within 7-10 days as promised. Instead, it took almost seven weeks to arrive, and only after we threatened legal action did it miraculously show up.
Throughout this ordeal, communication from Baby Birds was virtually non-existent. When we did manage to get a rare response, it was just yet another empty promise of a new delivery date with no explanation for the delays. Not even an apology. Five times we were told a new date, and each time we rearranged our schedules and stayed home waiting—only for the delivery to never arrive.
Excuses ranged from it being black Friday and incredibly busy (then change your delivery dates to reflect this!??), it being out of stock, to it being delayed in transit, to it being someone else’s fault—but none of it added up. And yet, as soon as legal action was mentioned, the car seat suddenly appeared just two days later. Funny how that works, isn’t it?
The lack of communication was maddening. Emails went unanswered, there were no phone lines to call, and we were left in the dark for weeks, wondering if we’d been shammed out of a significant amount of money. For an item that was so important to our child’s safety, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
I even filed a dispute with my bank and clearpay to ensure no further payments were made on this item. My bank agreed this was diabolical and very suspicious.
I do not think this company is shamming people but I do believe they have taken on way more than a small independent company can handle. Website delivery dates need to be changed to reflect the true waiting time. We, more than likely, still would have ordered and waited the 7-8 weeks, but the stress of worrying if you've just lost £600+ is nauseating.
Baby Birds has wasted our time, caused unnecessary stress, and shown a total lack of respect or professionalism. We will never purchase from them again, and I urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration.

If I could provide a no star rating I absolutely would.Despite repeated emails and attempts to contact this company, the phone has the same automated message on constantly. Customers are unable to speak with a person to resolve issues.
Despite they are assuming 7-10 days delivery time, no dispacth email until today. Assuring me it will be delivered but with no timeframe provided.They are always saying "will contact you about delivery time" but no one returns.
My order was urgent and I have a UK ticket just receiving my order :(
Because of this, I've send a message several times to refund but they are not coming to close to refunding my money.
As I said several time, I have to no time wait this company since I have a flight but I am hopeless. I am pregnant and I struggling with all this unpleasant situation.
So we will not be using Babybirds again or recommending to others and we will complain to the authorized UK authorities to get our money back

do not buy from this company, purchased my furniture on the 26th of July to then get an email a week after they had confirmed the order and taken my money that if I wanted my furniture I was to pay an extra due to there own pricing error, I have refused to pay extra and have still not been giving any refunds. You can not change the prices of items after customers have paid. Avoid this company if you’re wanting to get your purchase, they will take your money and you will not get your purchase. Terrible customer service that after I have refused to pay the extra of the agreed price.

Unless you are willing to wait for 3 weeks for an order with constant chasing, lies and blaming other companies. Order from a reputable company, do not waste your time or energy like I did!!!! They delete comments, lie about deliveries being sent out then blame other companies, withhold your money when you have said you want to cancel your order. You don’t need the stress I have experienced, order from somewhere else that deserves your money.
And then they will block you and delete your comments on social media but they take days to ordinarily respond, joke of a company. AVOID!!!!!!!

Delivery was pretty quick, I returned the item due to it not being suitable for 2 children, how ever its take 2 weeks and refund stil not sorted. I was told 1 thing and I'm stil waiting. Told I'd get an email last week to confirm the refund, however I'm stil waiting for this email. At first customer service seemed OK genuine but I feel like they take there time getting things sorted. And dont no what whats and misled you. Never known a place to get refunds sorted so slowly. Normally they'd go straight back in. Actually disappointed in this website. Especially them being aware of circumstances. I'd avoid this website 1000%. Also avoid the leila 2in1 pushchair the bottom seat is not doable for a toddler no room what's so ever. Only way this pram could be used is when baby is 6months+ and sat up in the seat

The range of items on offer is fantastic! We easily found the item we were looking for, at a very reasonable price, and it was prepared and shipped out to us swiftly. We will absolutely be returning customers when we need the next mattress!

Would give zero stars if that were possible. Avoid thus rogue business at all costs, they provide misleading information on their website about delivery times to get your order then you wait weeks for the goods with no communication or update.
Ordered one car seat, took approx 6 weeks to come despite website saying "in stock" and delivery in "7 to 10 days". Fed back re incorrect information on website, made to believe this was a one off. Ordered a further two seats, same issue. They know they are misleading you they simply do not care. No sense of care or commitment to the customer.
Extremely poor. Never again, have truly learnt my lesson.
