Bought a £125 set of aluminium roof bars from this site. A quick test run revealed that the bars whistle horribly from 30mph, so I asked to return them. And guess what? the fact that I'd tried them out meant they were "used", and so they refused to accept a return on the basis that the goods were "fit for purpose". In other words, by the time you find you've been had, it's too late to get your money back. Avoid.
