Appalling

Tyremen used to be excellent, great service and great customer attention. and it still is, until they damage your car.

Had 2 tyres fitted to my car a week or so ago and EVERY time it is left in their care, I specifically request to take extra care with the wheels and NOT to scratch them - mainly as they are as new diamond cut wheels. The workshop manager assures you that the wheels will not be scratched. Only this time, the car is returned with a 6 to 7 inch scratch around the rim face of the diamond cut.

Anyone with such wheels will know these cannot be refurbished to 'as new' condition like you can with a silver painted wheel. Furthermore, after suffering 3 years ago a full set of refurbished wheels at Wheelemin in Hull, and failing after only 4 months with all 4 wheels peeling, it simply is NOT a suitable resolve.

Tyremen will only offer you a refurb on these wheels, and also suggest Wheelemin who fail to do this job. Furthermore, the time and effort it actually takes you to get this done will cost you more than it has cost Tyremen to pay for the job! They won't offer any compensation for you lost hours of work or travel expenses, or taxi fee costs.

great company if you don't care about your car, but if you do - TAKE IT ELSEWHERE - Bill advised they do scratch wheels so seems to be a very common occurrence.... not to mention the grubby brake dust marks all over my interior door panels.

It's obvious by other reviews on here that should anything go wrong, they are just not interested in covering your losses.

always used vredestein. just bought 4 ultrac satins no one could compete with price, slight hiccup with order details but sorted quickly, i.e.1 phone call. will use again well done

I have been shopping for 3 years and bought about a dozen tyres, and winter wheels.

Their website does have a large but limited selection, but they respond very good on emails. The delivery is excellent, often in 3 days time. The prices on what is on offer on the website are excellent as well. What is not on the website can be offered on the phone.

Yesterday I felt like cheating and go for the 11 pound cheaper on mytyres, but was very disappointed when my payment was disallowed. I now went to a german site, even 3 pound more cheaper. I am waiting for what should be 2 weeks.

Still, I can recommend Tyremen to friend and will surely coming back.

Worst service I've ever used.

By return responses to email enquiries. Excellent when I telephoned with questions. Ordered 4 alloys and tyres and received within two days fitted and balanced - excellent all round and highly recommended.

Bought 4 Uniroyal tyres and got them delivered net day by 10am, can't complain at all.
