Spoke with a pleasant advisor on the phone and booked my fitting for the next morning. The Dunlop tyre I had ordered was the cheapest I could find and having it fitted at home was and added bonus.

I rang Tiger Tyres and I got a tyre fitted as ordered and in a timely manner.

However, it was tyresonthedrive.com who actually turned up and fitted my tyre. They were were efficient and professional.

After checking their website, it would also have cost me less if I'd gone to them directly.

Pricing seemed competitive and they were very helpful in finding the right tyre for my car.

After being turned down by another company I went to tiger tyres. They contacted me promptly after placing my order and fitting was arranged for the next day. The fitter was extremely efficient. Would definitely use again.

Booked on a Sunday online for Monday fitting. They don't work Sunday's unlike other similar companies.

I got a call back Monday, saying they could fit Tuesday.... but the tyres I ordered were not available. The next ones up were £25 more but had a better noise rating, so I agreed to buy. Operator was friendly and polite.

30 minutes later, they called again. The second tyre type had just sold out so they would "upgrade" me to the next tyre up at the same price. They were slightly more noisy but I figured they'd be ok. Later when I checked the "upgrade", they were the same price or cheaper at other places than the ones I'd chosen before but I didnt want to bother messing around any more.

The tyre fitter arrived on time, was knowledgeable, friendly, fast and professional. Absolutely faultless. It's all subcontracted so you might not be as lucky.

In Summary:

A proper online booking system is needed like the competitors have. They mislead on tyre upgrades. The fitter I had was brilliant.

We booked online, the site was very easy to use. We got a call within an hour and the fitting was arranged for the following day.

The chap that came replaced the tyre and gave us a free spare (as ours had, hat it!), really generous offer, restores you're faith in humanity :)

It was very easy to book and the fitter was polite and got the job done quickly. I was called and informed that the tyres I had selected were out of stock, so had to get a slightly more expensive set - but overall it was still an affordable and easy process.
