I found a defect in the part I ordered. I reached out by phone and email. Received email asking for pictures of the part.

I was told the part was considered oversized and that I needed to have the delivery company take it back upon delivery.

The defect was on a corner and was not easily identifiable and delivery person had already left. I did contacted customer support within 60 minutes of delivery after I had the part out and at the body shop.

Anonymous customer service person would email me with reasons for refusal and never any solutions to fix the issue. Tried to use live chat which is listed on website with no response. Customer service sent email also stating they tried to call me after my multiple calls to their New York customer service phone number that is listed on the website and multiple emails listing my phone number. I had a missed call form a Delaware area code with no voicemail and when i called it back there was no voicemail available to leave a message.

Bought a different part for a more reliable vendor. Out my $134 + shipping costs and stuck with a useless hood.

Do not use this company to buy your car parts. They are sourcing from LKQ which supplies better reputable vendors with much better customer service.

Recently there was a =$950 charge from autopartsshop.com on my credit card. As I didn't purchase anything from the site, I attempted to contact the via their phone number. After calling numerous days at various times , I left messages. No one ever returned my call. More concerning is there's no names, depts,or extensions, when you try to leave a message all it says in a computer voice is this is being left for "pap administrator"

I called the credit card company and notified them of the fraud.

it was very easy to find the part I was looking for and easy to check out with paypal

just ordered so I don't the quality of the product yet, however, the ordering of the part was very simple and easy to do

It was easy finding what I was looking for, ( Mirror ) Using paypal makes me feel safer also, The only thing is I can't review is how long ground delivery takes , I can review that at a later date. The cost of the part was much better then any where else.

I have very little experience with shopping for car parts online, I usually prefer to get something in-store. However, there was no beating the price I got here today. Most other sites charged me shipping and overall would cost at least 10$ More for the mirror that I needed. Purchasing the mirror in a local store would have cost at least twice as much. Hopefully it gets here soon and intact and then my 5 stars will be confirmed. Offering free ground shipping was a nice touch!
