Purchased a replacement Turbo via this business and the part failed within 18 months, the 24 month warranty is not worth a penny as they will claim that other elements cause the failure of the parts. The owner refuses to talk to customers regarding warranty claims, the owner claims that an independent engineer report performs an investigation to confirm the part did not fail but upon requesting a copy of this report it does not arrive. Trading standards have been contacted.

This was the first time I have ordered through ebay the help I recieved was great the item was despatched and I recieved it within 2 days even better service than by local garage at a afordable price I have now arranged the return of the old unit Great service.

Previously I have always relied of the car mechanic or the garage to source my spares for my Ford Explorer. Unfortunately Ford parts are strangely difficult to come by. I was told that I would have to wait for a simple thing like a rear light cover for up to three weeks.

However thanks to www.supremeautospares.com I was able to quickly make my parts request online. I had two quotes sent to me directly from traders and picked the cheapest one (just 280 dirhams) which saved me money and time.
