Sold Me Used Parts That Didn't Fit. No Refund Offered

I ordered some items which arrived and not only were they the wrong size, but were previously installed on another vehicle. Of course their response was that they don't sell used parts.

An absolutely terrible experience, I would advise you to go elsewhere for your Porsche parts, this company is without doubt the worst I have encountered ever. They do not deserve to be in business with their dismissive attitude to a genuine customer problem

Going through similar situation but they made the mistake of admitting to it through email.. He is a really nice guy till you make a fool of him and the company he works for then they get nasty... they are one of most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have had the misfortune of dealing with... the porsche club gb along with other porsche enthusiast clubs should expose them and not allow advertisement in their publications

Porsche 928 Engine Mounts Terrible Experience

I ordered 2 no. engine mounts from Porscheshop described by them as OEM, to be fitted by my local independent Porsche specialist garage. The parts supplied were not OEM and differed in several key areas. They could not be fitted but Porscheshop refused to discuss the matter. I have had to make a formal complaint to my credit card company.

Website Pricing Wrong: Back Office System Is Just No Good!!!

Ordered a part at £134 + vat. Received an order confirmation and the money was taken immediately from my credit card.

A week later, no part or comms from Porscheshop, so I emailed to ask where the part was. 4 days later I received an email from the Head of Sales, advising that the part would now cost an extra £105 + vat. A whopping 75% more than shown on their website.

I rang and spoke with the Head of Sales, and he told me that the website pricing and stock levels were wrong because their back office system was just no good!!!

There was no offer to honour the original price or otherwise compensate me for their error and the 12 days delay in providing the true status info about the part.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.

Wrong Order After A Month Then Told I'm Not Getting Items

I contacted porscheshop.co.uk about ordering 997 Gen 2 headlight and rear light looms which I paid for. A month later I contacted them saying I haven't received anything.

The next couple of days I received the front bumper looms (No what I ordered) the receipt in the box stated 2 front looms and 2 rear looms.

I contacted them and they said all I need was the bumper lights. I said its not what I ordered and paid for, I need the headlight looms and rear looms.

The headlight looms came a few days later so again I contacted them asking for these Rear looms that were originally ordered.

I was told by Adam (head of sales) that I ordered 4 wiring harnesses and thats what I got. Well email proof and receipts say 2 front and 2 rear.

Eventually I got a reply saying the rear looms are on order. I contacted a few days later (this morning) asking when the looms due to arrive as I need these before I can drive my car back from the bodyshop.

Only to get told that they will be arriving on Friday..... 20 Mins later Adam emailed me saying he spoke to porsche in Germany and he cannot get the rear looms, they come in a complete kit with the lights and thats £1670 plus vat......

Terrible and shocking!!!!! Do they not know what there doing taking orders and sending out whatever they want.

I said to him, what has he ordered then since he said there due to arrive on friday and my reply was. I can only go by what porsche germany tell me.

My original order which was taken and paid for months ago was never correct and there doing nothing to sort this. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere if you don't want to encounter these problems.

Order Not Delivered...

...after three months of waiting. Items were charged the same day when ordered, though, so in fact I have been deceived. Should I be living in UK this would a police matter. already but because I am in Finland I feel rather defenceless...

Selling Used Goods And New - Still No Refund After 4 Months!

4 Months ago I ordered an exterior cover for my Porsche 997.1. I ordered the OEM version because I needed a good fit and didn't have time to wait to have a custom cover made. The cost was around £300.

The item was delivered as specified but on opening the package I found the cover with no original packaging nor Porsche documentation and in a tatty looking bag with a sticky label stick to one corner. I set that aside, assuming it's appearance was the result of sitting around in a warehouse for a while. However, on opening the item I found that the cover itself had brake dust on the inside and one of the plastic clips was broken. Clearly the item had been used.

To cut a long story short, I spoke to PorscheShop about this. They agreed to collect the item and refund my money. This never happened despite repeated promises. It's now 4 months later and despite having paid to return the item myself and having asked my credit card company to intervene these jokers still haven't refunded my money. Next stop Small claims court.

Here's the thing about Porsche parts, they're made by part manufacturers. These guys are simply a middle man. If they've got the part you can bet somebody else has too. Why take the chance on buying from them?
