Not a good experience unfortunately. Attitude on the phone from "Lady" in "accounts" stinks. Took money from me for stock they didn't have (shows as in stock on website) and then got funny when I asked for a prompt refund. Not a bit apologetic or able to recognise they inconvenienced me. UNPROFESSIONAL - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have used PA a few times as I have the 19inch BMW run flats that crack rims for fun!

The service from the team at PA is first class. Single alloys that are easy to find on the site. Next day delivery and even checking you've ordered the right size so they help you get it right first time.

They know their stuff aswell, pros.

Dont order anywhere else these guys are the best for choice and quality.

I stumbled across this company after receiving ridiculous postage costs (£250) for a set of 16x7 from another website.

The description was perfect.

Shipping to Isle of Man was very reasonable, and quoted very fast.

I received a phone call, to double check dimensions, offset etc.

Overall, a very surprising experience, I am extremely happy with the amount of money I have paid, and with the quality of service received.

After spending time looking for a set of alloys for my ballingo van, and not getting any advise that filled me with confidence I came across performance alloys, one email and one phone call later I had purchased a set of fox alloys complete with Goodyear tyres. Five days later I put them on my van with no problems at all. I must say they look great. So with only a quick chat and my registration required the correct alloys and tyres arrived. So I would have no problem recommending performance alloys. I have just ordered a set of fox locking wheel nuts to complete the job, so many thanks to every body at performance alloys.

Our Range Rover Sport with original 20" wheels was utterly hopeless on even slightly poor roads, never mind the rutted drive up to our house. It wasn't even nice to drive on good roads, just too jittery & twitchy.

We needed advice after two wheels needed replacing after just one year. Performance Alloys knew exactly what they were talking about, suggested some 18" alloys with a superb selection of tyres to go with them, making the right choice for our requirements was made so easy. A quick phone call confirmed it to be a good choice and the wheels arrived all ready to fit very quickly.

The car now copes easily even with rough roads and is much more comfortable and pleasant to drive on good roads too. Excellent advice & excellent value.

I feel I need to express my sincere thanks to Performance Wheels, having asked many questions regarding the new Jaguar XE wheel options there expertiess in the supply of alloy wheels certainly tested that.

The Borbet wheels now fitted to the car have transformed it.
