MSAR Motorsport Equipment and Race Gear

At last I got the real deal on a Polarn Fuel transfer pump. It has been very difficult to source this product and was caught out by another motorsport equipment provider and an inferior and poor product was sent to me on the premise that it was a Polarn pump. I contacted Msar prior to the purchase of this and have received great service when I was assured that the product was the real deal. Ok with VAT and postage it was an expensive purchase however the quality is hugely evident on receipt over the rubbish one I had to return- top marks and job done. Oh and just for the delivery it was all through DPD enough said as these are brilliant.

Needed important safety items for the car, received honest, clear and precise information. the prices were excellent too, really pleased and will, no doubt, do business again.

MSAR were extremely helpful with the helmet choice and fitting process, allowing me to try on the helmets which I was considering. Great store and I would definitely make a purchase from here again.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ORDER? YOU HAVE HAD MY MONEY BUT NOTHING's ARRIVED

I ordered a pair of Alpinestars karting boots and paid for them at the point of order. They were available to order in my size and colour choice. I have emailed MSAR but had NO REPLY as to what has happened to my order.

If this is what I was to get as service, I wish that I had gone elsewhere.

Grommets were exactly what I was looking for to modify the seats to accept 6 point full harness belts.

Hopefully installation will prove to be fairly straight-forward, sounds easy enough!

Price seems reasonable, including postage wasn't too drastic.

Everything arrived on time and was completely suitable for the car.

Purchased an Alpinestar Stella suit last year (2012), along with boots and gloves, and arrived as promised and was kept informed by the courier of delivery, so 100% service receieved from MSAR.

Unforutnately after only wearing the suit 5 times, noticed a colour change in the suit, so as discussed with MSAR it was agreed that we would send the suit back to Alpinestar for further investigataion. Alpinestar agreed to replace the suit and sent a replacement suit back to MSAR who in turn sent the suit directly to myself and once again received the same level of delivery service as I had experienced in the 2012. Received great back up and support from MSAR, in resolving the situation with Alpinestar.

I have bought from MSAR recently on 3 separate occasions now, all for different projects, and spending varying levels of money. Each time I have found them to be absolutely faultless. Even why I ordered the wrong parts (completely my own mistake) they replaced the item without question or hesitation. You may well be able to scan through eBay and find stuff at slightly better prices, but honestly why would you bother?? With MSAR you really will get top service and support, people who will answer the phone to you, and a company who is genuinely interested in the customer (and in retaining your business). If this all sounds like a scripted advert, it's not! Just a very satisfied customer.

I was having difficulty locating a Ribtec rib protector in the size needed, and popped off an email inquiry to MSAR, expecting to get a reply after either a few hours or the next day.

I was delighted to get a reply from Malcolm within minutes, confirming stock of all the bits I needed. The next day I phoned to place my order, and was very happy with the customer service. My order was delivered by courier exactly when expected. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from MSAR again. Great customer care, speedy delivery, no complaints. Well done MSAR !
