Sitting Here Feeling Ripped Off.ordered Car Kit La

Sitting here feeling ripped off.Ordered car kit last week -22 November- email received confirming order and saying will contact "as soon as possible" to cover "details of order".No contact- now 01 Decemebr- phoned numerous times , phone just rings and rings....have emailed 5 times.....1 response with no information on.I have now conatcted my credit card company in readiness of raising a dispute and have also contacted Consumer standards- who have advised to wait untill 30 days after purchase date.I would reccomend stay away from this site - buy at your own risk!I wish I had researched this site before buying ....seems I'm not the only one with a story!

I Ordered Mirrors Directly From Their Website On 1

I ordered mirrors directly from their website on 17th November 2010. The website boasts of a partnership with FedEx UK and delivery is normally 24 hours. On 23rd November 2010, I am still waiting........

Rang the company loads but nobody ever picks the phone up. Sent loads of emails but no response. I checked the BMW forums and it turns out that Kudos Automotive has been doing this for years. They have a lot of unhappy customers. STAY WELL AWAY. Their website is quite professional and that's what's draws you in. I should have checked the forums before making an order :-(

luckily, the transaction was via credit card so I will be recalling the money.

The owner is a Mr Sinom Allen and he also trades on eBay under different ID's.

I Went On-line To Www.kudosbmw.co.uk And Purchased

I went on-line to www.kudosbmw.co.uk and purchased an E39 Silver Speedo Dial Kit, priced at £29.36 via their website.

I ordered it the 8th March, money came out of my bank on the 9th March 2010. By the 22nd March I had not received my Speedo Dials, which was unusual given their weight and size, as it could be posted first class for less than 80p.

I actually received a response that same day which read... "Not in the office at the moment but do recall emailing someone numerous times asking which model the dials were for, not sure if this was for you or not until tomorrow, I will check it out but just to be safe please tell me which model you have.

I had not been e-mailed "numerous" times at all. This was the first and last e-mail I ever received. I even went through 246 spam e-mails, just to check they had not been filtered from my in box, but sadly surprise, surprise, no e-mails.

So on the 25th March I received my E39 speedometer dials... Great! Ahhh, sadly they were for an American specification BMW, e.g. not UK market vehicles. Now bearing in mind I ordered a product for a UK car, from a UK based company, which was delivered to a UK customer address, why on earth would someone dispatch American speedometer dials?

Aside from the colour, what they sent me looked totally different to what I ordered from their website. The speedo dial had "GASOLINE" embossed across it in large letters which is the American for Unleaded.... It also had a totally different sized image of a fuel tank on the dials. Most importantly the MPG dial was set up for US Gallons, not UK Gallons, which meant the MPG readout would never be accurate.

I sent the speedometer dials back asking for a full refund . Several e-mail chasers later and I still have not received a response or more importantly my refund - It's now the 23rd April.
