I have ordered tow bar and accidently payed twice.I send them an email,they replayed they will sort it out,but they didn't.NO REFUND,NO EVEN ONE TOW BAR over 520 lost.NO REPLAY TO EMAILS.

Avoid this company. Our Tow Bar has just been re-fitted by a qualified professional. 10 months ago it was 'fitted' by Just Tow. Actually, no it wasnt, as 10 months on it was coming MASSIVELY LOOSE from the chassis.....Just Tow's sham fitter didn't fit the Tow Bar correctly to the chassis of our vehicle, missed a bolt completely, didn't tighten bolts and wired the electrics all wrong. Luckily, all this was discovered on return home from France. Can you imagine if the Tow Bar had loosened fully away from the chassis whilst towing on the French Autoroute? Unbelievable. Shocking. Scary. We are very lucky, as are those people driving behind us over the past 10 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Do not use this company!!! I believe this company to be a sham company. Not sure just tow should be trading as they had a winding up order in January and HMRC removed their VAT number. They continue to trade and change VAT. Disgusting morals and extremely poor customer services. Order has never been received and full payment taken by PayPal. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Paid £10 for next day delivery of a 12N socket, gasket and bracket. This took 8 days to arrive and when it did so the terminal screws were rusty and the gasket incompatible with the socket.

I returned this as per their terms and conditions - this was signed for but no response to my messages and no refund a month later. AVOID!

Just - Tow. I ordered an Hitch Lock on the 21st July and have still not received it. I have chased and chased this. The company have now taken down their telephone line. Please please save your money use a reputable company. This company is taking you’re hard earned cash. Be warned don’t use them. They are manipulating reviews to suggest they provide excellent service.

Awful company!!! Ordered a tow bar and paid extra to receive it next working day. I never received it. They told me it has been dispatched but then called to say it had not been dispatched. So asked to cancel the order and to get a full refund. Was I form they will process it. 2 weeks later no refund, no confirmation of refund and no answer on the phone. Good job I paid with credit card for protection as I always do I have now had to do a charge back. Avoid this awful company at all costs!!! You have been warned.

I have ordered the towbar online and added the recommended electrics pack.

When the towbar arrived there was no tow ball!?!?!?!

The ball was pictured in the advert and there was no mention of that you will need to buy it yourself (i have checked the add a few times to make sure i have everything i need).

I wanted to ask for help but from several phone calls all i got was waiting, waiting and than "Welcome to the tesco mobile voice mail service".

Stay well away just buy from a reputable vendor saving 10-20 pound and than spening it on a tow ball is not worth the hastle.

But the towbar i have recieved seams to be good quality.

This company is a joke, took payment twice and sent me two tow bars over £500 each! Admitted they were at fault and I’ve tried for over two months to get them to take it back and credit it but they either don’t answer the phone or when I do get to talk to them they say that it will be collected but it moved dose, be vary careful using this company as they make sill mistakes and won’t correct them leaving you out of pocket

Ordered a tow bar and electrics still waiting over a month for tow bar to arrive I got the electrics and tow ball but nothing to attach it too every time I ring up it’s the same response it’s on it’s way or I’ll look into this for you but never get back to you the whole set up is verging on being a sham and should be avoided at all cost also they have two registered address on the internet nether of them a business premises

I have emailed 4 times and called twice to find out what is happening about my missing goods with no response from them. DHL say they have no record of receiving the item and that Just Tow should contact them directly if they believe otherwise. A acknowledgement and update is required.
