I experienced poor customer service, was unable to cancel my order according to their policy online. 2 weeks later still no parts, no satisfaction from customer service, will not let me cancel order, no tracking info, keep being told it's being processed. Be cautious of this site. I buy many products online and this is the worst. I went to local Auto store instead, ordered part and received it next day.

I've tried purchasing from Innerauto.com and service was good.
