Poor Company - Do Not Use!!!!
Purchased a pair of expensive LED H7 with a two year warranty. 12 months later bulbs failed. Been contacting company ever since via email to get replacement bulbs. And out of about 10 emails they have responded to one saying they need serial number of bulbs. Removed bulbs from car supplied pictures of fault and company never sorted out. That was about 6 months and actually I send a random email chasing from time to time and get no response!!!
DO NOT USE. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered bulbs on line waited 1 week and got no dispatch email so I tried to make contact. No reply from email or WhatsApp. So I contacted PayPal and only then they replied through PayPal. I then got an email from them to my Gmail telling me not to be sending threats about contracting Visa....
Thats when the batshit crazy begins.
Instead of an apology about not sending order, they began to get personal.....
This is the last email they sent before blocking my email.
We could not care less, please take your business elsewhere.
We have had enough of a minority of customers like yourself without any regard to what’s going on in the world wanting goods there and then.
Send the item back once it arrives for your refund. We will no longer reply to any contact from you.

I would definitely not recommend this business as its customer service has to be the worst i have ever seen.

As per the review below I also purchased some LEDs from Horizon for my BMW. When they arrived they were the wrong model (listed as my model) so I contacted them and they were happy to replace them with another item which I had to pay another £23.65 for- which arrived late despite paying extra for express delivery.
When opened these were faulty and STILL did not fit correctly! They responded to my claim to return the items, accepted my delivery and have since failed to issue me a refund and the person I dealt with in ‘customer services’ has failed to reply to any communication through email and WhatsApp! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Horizon took over £80 from me for 2 LED bulbs which initially didnt fit my vehicle, so I sent them back as requested. Alternatives arrived and which did fit my car but once fitted were totally different colour temperatures. Both times bulbs were returned at my own postage expense - the second time for a refund, but all emails have been ignored to date and now i have neither the bulbs or the £80 refund. I have previously ordered from powerbulbs and found them to be much more helpful. Horizon have done nothing to help me apart from take my money. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some LEDs for my Mercedes and they didn't arrive, after numerous emails and text messages I've had no response from this company and they have failed to acknowledge any correspondence.
Buyer beware, avoid this company at all cost.

Bmw Angel Eyes and interior light LED.
Refund requested. Refund said its been issued, its hasn't and I'm currently £50 out of pocket.
They don't carry stock, they dropship, which means they wait until they receive a few orders and then order it in to fulfil back orders, assuming its from China, so orders take a few weeks.
They then contact you and say that it was clear on the website that there was nil stock due to popular demand. This wasn't the case. There was no such information. In fact, after checking, it says "in stock" yet an email from them says 7-14 days.
If there was the real info, then they would not offer a next day premium delivery service. I opted for free delivery, 2 to 3 days. Glad I didn't pay for next day.
Also it took 5 days to get a reply.
It's just easier not to do business with them.

They contatced me and were rude, no bother. But they copied in Trustpilot, talking nonsense about they work closely with them etc etc, however when I replied to all, the email address for Trustpilot wasn't even valid.
There's not a contact number either, you can WhatsApp them....
They also asked me to send back the interior leds for a refund as they had cancelled the warranty on them. Who even talks like that?
Paid £80 and all I've received so far is some Chinese LED interior lights that are the same as my mates from Ebay.
I've marked the website as 1* too as it's an example of what they don't stock, a good example. A professional looking showcase of what you'd like to buy, but they don't have it, nor will they send it.

Order parts of the website - Paid for 48 hr delivery. Received notice 4 days later said parts were not in stock. Would not honor the discount applied to the order when parts came back in stock (Even though website allowed me to order)
Still waiting for refund .... Have disputed transaction with CC company.

Placed An Order Over 6 Weeks Ago Money Was Taken I
Placed an order over 6 weeks ago money was taken immediately from account after around ten days I contacted company to ask about the delay in the three day delivery I was informed problem with parts and that order would be sent out soon.I returned from holiday still nothing received I contacted again they informed me via WhatsApp the order was sent I had nothing to verify this no email no parts and nothing left in door from delivery company.Horizon LED now seem to be ignoring me via WhatsApp and email I will be contacting the relevant authorities in order to ensure I get my refund.Avoid at all costs good at taking money in a very fast prompt service then they disappear

Avoid at all costs. I stipulated the exact model of vehicle, year/type, and they send out a product that does not fit. There is absolutely no way the LED angel eye replacement assemblies would ever fit into my E89 Z4 BMW - but these jokers don't give a dam about that. Just send any old tosh out and hope they are happy!
When I initially connected them up, to see if they would throw up any canbus errors, one of them didn't even work! Through method of elimination, found out one of the ballasts is faulty. I have come to the conclusion my car deserves better than this cheap rubbish being plugged into it. I have thrown it in the bin - bloody rubbish!
What they sent me out didn't bare any similarity to the pictures on their website. !!!!!!! ?
The only one reasonable thing I can say is, the carriage via DPD was quick.

Please don't use this 'Company'. They will only add your review to their website if it is favourable. I have submitted my review twice now and its still not showing.
I have tried to contact them and had no reply, maybe if they read this I may have more luck.
I had to wait for about 2 months for the bulbs to arrive. At the time I ordered there was no mention of lack of stock. I was contacted and asked if I was ok to wait, I agreed to this. This was annoying but there you go.
I find it difficult to leave a negative review but they leave no choice.

Dissapointed!
These have to be the most expensive upgrade bulbs on the market and they just don't perform.
This is the second review I gave submitted for the Philips H7 Luxeon. The first never actually made it to the reviews page, probably because I didn't rate the bulbs highly and Horizon LED's neglected to post it.
I received these bulbs and yep they look like a quality component but the light output is less than a Phillips H7 Xtreme Vision Plus (Which can be bought for around £20).
I have a photo for comparison of the two bulbs. If Horizon let me post it I will.
Don't waste your money. And don't use this company!
