Most of the so called Positive Reviews I have read for Euro Port Parts are Bogus Reviews Posted by them... Here, Resellerratings, and a few other review sites show the same mush! Several of the Positive Reviews you will notice as you read them repeat the same things, and make many of the same statements over and over again! including their broken English & misspellings! The only reviews that appear to be genuine are the negative ones! Followed by bulk batches of Suspicious Positive Reviews as described above. I made the mistake of buying from this company before doing my research and like others have discovered their phone number is infact non functional... Which they claim they are having some kind of phone problem. The exact same phone problem described buy multiple reviewers over the last Several Years. "Your Account has insufficient funds to complete this Call" Avoid this Company, I wish I had! Even IF I receive the Item I Will likely never do business with this Company Again. Spent Half Hour Attempting Chat with them to determine if they were ever going to ship my package. Got 3 different versions of an answer from the Chat guy! Simply trying to get a gasket! Don't expect it a week later. if Ever! Ordered last Sunday. Seriously Doubt it will even be shipped by the following Friday. based on this guys ever changing responses like We have one following day handling day, or 4 to 5 days or don't count next weekend in that estimate. Still never provided me with a legitimate contact phone number! Consistantly Evasive on that front!

Purchasing on item online is sometimes a risk. I liked using the chat box on their website you can tell you were not talking to a machine. The brake pad fits my vehicle perfectly and they were very friendly and polite

I am very happy with my new spark plug wire set. My spark plugs kept on failing on me and my mechanic told me to get a new wire set. The problem was solved. The customer service was great and the wire set looks good. Will be back for more parts, hopefully my car does not totally break down.
