Whilst looking to uprade my brakes, i found that DCDezign was very good on price on the products i needed, i called straight away and the phone was answered very promtly, and about a week later my products turned up, i subsequently had them fitted, but after a week of wearing the brakes in ie after 300 miles i noticed a problem with them, so i called black diamond, and called, and called and emailed twice, then i called and left no message and straight away i received a call back saying they had missed a call from my phone, i explained the problem and the only way we could rectify this was for me to purchase the products again and send the old ones back for testing and hopefully a refund, i did receive a call from them saying that the disk company had not received my returns, which i have sorted, and this is the last i have heard from them, i have tried ringing several times in one day and left emails which are still unanswered, so make sure if you order from them that the parts are good but if they are faulty expect a long wait for your moany back or even to speak to someone

DC Dezign supplied my vented and grooved brake discs, steel braided hoses and fast-road pads. Had all the ICE supplied & fitted by DCDezign. Yet again he gave a very professional yet personal & friendly service, did everything exactly as planned and I wound up with a dream come true - exactly as I'd imagined. No, that's not true - is was in fact far better as DC Dezign's suggestions and creations such as the re-trims in the interior far surpassed anything I could have dreamed up. Well done that man, nothing but praise and thanks for DC Dezign.
