Essentially paid for damage to my car!!

I had a remap done by chiptuners. The guy turned up and was nice enough but didn't really involved me in the process. We went out for a short drive and I noticed a slight increase in pull but nothing drastic. Over the course of the next week I noticed the my fuel was being used at a high rate and even though I was told economy may slightly increase. I've attempted communication with the guy but he is now completely ignoring my emails. I would be happy to have him come and rolling road test it local to me to sort it out but has now seemingly disappeared with my money.

Don't trust this guy and go somewhere reputable.

Customer service appalling... Job done just as bad.

i had my vw passat 130 tdi done and wow what a difference i put it up against other tuned passat my one was ahead by miles !!!!

never look back getting better fuel economy only if was cheaper :(

very good company with decent prices and good service, very good knowlege on my bmw 120d they have their own rolling road and make custom remaps, great job.
