Ordered my covers over telephone 8th July 2014. Was told 7 to 10 days. They took my money straight away £46.50 & to date I have not received anything. You cannot speak to anybody on the telephone. Have left messages on their automated system which have not been replied to. Have emailed both their track order & customer services. Both e-mails returned. Even tried filling in an enquiry form which is how I got them to call me in the first place but no reply now they know who I am. Luckily paid on a credit card & have now got my bank on to it & will hopefully get my money back. Looked for reviews before I ordered but couldn't find any. They are on the 2nd page of the google search & there are countless with the same problem. Hope this helps.

The items took 4 weeks to get to me and didnt have instructions or fit. I rang the company twice and emailed twice l got no reply. The phone is never answered but you get to leave a message just dont expect a reply. I settlec my claim for a refund with paypal who you can rely on. The website is deceiving do not recommend at all.
