I was there 3 times per month with same problem. I always paid the service and for the third time they said that I had another problem and I paid 300 £ and car have still problem. Bad service. Never go back. Don't use. They take your money and time and service is very bad.

I have purchased from Awesone several times , they are a great company , extremely fast response to emails and always next day delivery , perfect imho .

After ringing round most of the Audi specialist in the northwest and not getting any joy or extortionate prices a friend of mine recommended awesome Gti so I gave them a call for a quote to replaced my timing belt kit and water pump on my Audi rs6 plus, they was able to give me a price immediately and very cheap for what they needed to do unlike the others which took about a day to get a price if they even rang me back, they was really helpful and friendly having a keen interest in the cars, so I dropped the car off and they kept in contact with me to keep me updated were the car was up to, collected car today and was very happy I would like to thank the staff for taking care of me and especially my car this will be the only garage I will take my car again and recommend

Took my Leon Cupra R to awesome for a quote for a turbo recently. They said they would have a look and then get me a price. This was at 11am...

Two hours roll by and at 1pm I get called to the desk where they tell me a turbo for the car would cost 1700 pounds. and the gearbox to be refurbished would take this total up to 2600. Gearbox aside they claimed the turbo bought from Seat would cost 800 pounds.. Their labour rate being 69.00 p/h meant it would take them near on 14 hours to replace.

Is it just me that finds the pricing here absolutely bonkers or does it really take them that long to pull an engine up, unbolt part, bolt on part, put engine down?

They then went on the hunt for other issues I had not queried while they were at it telling me the brakes needed doing! lets stick to the task at hand. After the two hour wait and seeing through the window no-one was stood by my car let alone working on it/checking things, as I went to leave I was told that other places wouldnt change associated parts like they would (in the rudest way possible) i was made to pay an hours labour for the 7 minutes taken to undo the airbox and peer into the engine bay.

As for customer service I cant be doing with people spitting dummies out when they're told their service isn't wanted, could almost see them rubbing their hands together.

Ridiculous.. If youre going to charge labour that extortionate at least take the windows out of the waiting room so people cant blatantly see nothing happening.

Ordered some springs for my car at a fair price - there is cheaper but I knew I wouldn't be disappointed with AwesomeGTI - and paid £10 delivery on Sunday night which is excellent due to the weight of the item and how quickly they came.. They arrived at my door Tuesday morning. Would definitely recommend and use again

I bought a silicone hose kit to replace my old breather system in my S3 8l. Best efforts were made by awesome to make sure I got the right kit but unfortunately it turned out that I had been given the kit for an earlier engine code (American product - UK engine code - v confusing). Close but no cigar! Anyway, John at Awesome was excellent when I asked to replace my hose kit for the correct engine code. No quibble, just a straight replace the for the first kit even though I had tried to install it.

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago and kept ringing to see any progress on the delivery but got constant excuses, and still no parts!

Avoid at all cost, very poor with a lot better companies around!

Ordered serval items worth a few thousand pounds, was told they've all been tested and fits perfectly fine.

None of anything they send fitted at all.

Amateurs will always be amateurs until they take the step to becoming professional.

Hi guys just would like to say that my dad has own a golf gti mk216v since 1991 having developed a problem with his car brought it to you guys to fix it and if any thing made it worse and had no clue how to set the car up, how can you make a car that starts up but idels fast not start at all in the cold and run rubbish? If you want to go to get a modern car plugged into a computer to adjust the ecu go here any thing specialist and your just pissing in the wind, and after taking my dad's car and messaging it up had the cheek to charge 250 quid for the privilege total waste man and left car with an empty tank to drive off and never said a word 

Even though it is a VAG garage I needed to get some new brakes on my Astra VXR and I've never really liked the idea of Kwik Fit or Halfords as they don't seem to be great quality so chose AWESOME instead who were more than happy to help.

Right from the start chatting on their website they were professional and double checked the compatibility of the brakes that I suggested and gave recommendations on others, they even beat a price that I received direct from the brake supplier. I was booked in a few days later and was even able to have a quick look at them doing the work on my car via their Workshop Cam.

The only downside was that the supplier didn't send the discs out which meant my car was in for an extra day but as soon as the parts came in they were working on it.
