They are very bad in making payment, not responding to our emails , we are going to go leagal against them .

All I was looking for was a set of front brake pads for my Astra - although my local motor factor did sell them, it was a Sunday evening and I was bored. I researched car parts on the internet and stumbled upon Autoparts (S.Wales) Ltd. Their site was easy to navigate and process of choosing the correct pads was painless (there are thousands of parts out there!). By answering questions such as Make, Model, Year and Engine size I was presented with a number of possible solutions. However, it wasn't until I had finished that I realised that they had a Vehicle Registration Lookup feature! Once purchased, Autoparts called me on the Monday morning to confirm they were the correct pads. Two days later they were in my hands and were fitted! Fortunately I knew how to change them, but, Autoparts we very open with advice as to how to fit them - so there's no need to be scared newbies!
