Sold me faulty turbo terrible customer care I returned the turbo 2 weeks ago still no refund avoid at all cost

right where do i begin!!!

i was buying an engine from this company. i like clarity and clearness so repeatedly confirmed the price with the sales man, but then he decided to over charge me anyway!!

I pointed this out to him 2 days later. 12 days down the line and he still hadnt sent the re-imbursement cheque to me.

-the engine he sold me he couldnt tell me what the millage was on it

-hasnt made any attempted to find out what the millage was on the engine

-received my payment on the 10th january, today is the 27th jan and has only just sent the engine to me (which i am still awaiting to be delivered)

-made excuse after excuse regarding sending me the engine saying that he couldnt get the bolts of the framework (WHAT FOR 7 DAYS?!!!).

-and he said that he kept 'forgetting' to send me my re-inbursement cheque after OVERCHARGING ME!!!

he also told me he was the only one that worked there that's why its taken ages to get the engine out of the vehicle which i believe is a straight up lie!!

overall a real poor customer service experience and would definatly not use this company again!!

In May of 2015 ordered and payed for part. two weeks later no supply. Chased up, said would send. Arrived but totaly wrong part. Contacted and sent part back agreed to refund . .for next 6 months have permanently been fobbed off via phone calls and text messages with promises to pay up. Nov 30th still no result. . . . .whatever he says don't believe him !

would recomend the guys for a top service givev all parts as discribed arrived on time & saved a fortune will use again

Ordered a complete roof aerial for my Golf. waited a week and when it arrived two parts were missing (The fixing nut and grommet without which the aerial cannot be fitted and is, therefore, unfit for purpose) Have 'phoned and emailed but can get no sensible response and no delivery date for the missing parts. I am now in touch with Trading Standards - Bury and will not let this rest, no matter how much it might be considered a minor matter, it's the principle of the thing.NO RELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I Wanted some parts the guy was selling me a dammaged bonnet and wing. I made the transaction. Before they sent it out I decided not to take the bonnet and wing as it was not in the same colour and had damage. Note that the bonnet was off the vehicle as the wind had blow and damaged it when selling me this.

I asked for a refund the guy St... said there will be a charge for dismantling it. I still wanted my money back and wrote an email. I had my delivery sent for the remaining parts which had a water bottle missing. I advised him and he said he will sort something out. I carried on ringing twice on a weekly basis to get a refund and 6 weeks have passed no refund in my account. I am at the stage where I have sent my final written warning today to take the matter to the small claim court. A broker service was used to order Parts.

I was over charged for parts they were completely wrong, when I call them ,the man was just talking to someone else in the room and was not listening never returned phone calls or emails, I have sent parts back and they would not sign for them, would not recommend unless you have money to waste

ORDERED PART 2 WEEKS LATER AFTER 6 PHONE CALLS WRONG PART TURNS UP...!!

SEND WRONG PART BACK 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO REFUND EVEN AFTER 4 PHONE CALLS.

WELL  KEEP THE MONEY IT HAS BEEN WORTH NOT GETTING A REFUND TO PUT THIS ON LINE AND TELL EVERYONE OUT THERE HOW BAD YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN, PLEASE FEEL FEE TO PHONE ME IF YOU WANT TOO YOU HAVE MY NUMBER
