One of the most awful organisations I have ever had the misfortune to do business with in over forty years!

Several days after ordering a used rear bumper which the seller claimed it had in stock it contacted me with photographs of what it intended sending to me.

We had agreed on all four parts to the bumper being supplied for the agreed price. I queried why some parts were missing. I was then asked for more money than the agreed upon price.

Furthermore the seller advised that he had stripped the bumper off a four door vehicle and almost certainly my two door vehicle required a different part. Surprising as he held full details of my vehicle on file.

Inexplicably the seller went into a rage over the mistake which was entirely his fault.

A lot of what he screamed I failed to understand due to his foreign accent and speed of delivery.

I asked him to speak slowly as I could not understand him.

I then received a barrage of abuse on the grounds that I was racist. I replied that I was married to a member of an ethnic minority and had - before retirement - had carried out a great deal of pro bono work for ethnic minority members in my then role as solicitor.

Rather than placating the seller his abuse intensified.

I told him that I was ringing off and to please issue me with a full refund under the Distance Selling Regs. 2013.

Nothing was ever received directly from the seller. But two weeks later Paypal made me a full refund.
