Ordered a part on 2/27/12, and credit card was billed. As of 3/13/12, I have had no update on the order. I cannot get a hold of the company at the number provided on my invoice or through their site email. In fact, they removed their phone number from their website now.

After investigating, I've found it's a very "fishy" setup of a flock of similar sites who may or may not actually sell parts, utilizing service from "Shopping Cart Elite."

Additionally, upon contacting Shopping Cart Elite, they've done everything they can to dodge me.

Seen a really great deal on Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs for $155, which is a little over more than half off. Too good to pass up! I made the order for $155 plus $35 shipping fee thinking this is the best deal ever. Well, later on I get an email after they took the money out of my account saying that process department wanted another $45 before they shipped the item to me. I called the company requesting more information do to this being my first experience with this web site. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone could only tell me that the processing department wanted $45 before shipping and he did not know anything else. So, I had to wait for the guy who sent me an email (and answered the phone) requesting this to gather more information. I called back an hour later for the guy me some excuse and no answer. So, I canceled my order and now I’m wondering if this is a legit web site.

Great Products and great customer service! That's all I can say about this company. I ordered their MIMO USA Wood Dash Kit, and this product came in good condition. I really did not expect a lot from this online store, because not a lot have been that good when it comes to delivery schedules, but they delivered within 3 days! Talk about fast service! I give them two thumbs up!
