I entered by registration and received a valuation of £965 the car was accurately described as to the length of the remaining MOT and service history. I booked an appointment for them to inspect the car. They said that it would need a valet and I was to be honest expecting them to knock £50 of the valuation for this. Then the guy I think his name was John started to moan about the length of the MOT ( 3 Months ) even though this was stated when I applied for the valuation so this should have already been factored in with the original valuation. Then he said they would have to pay for my taxi fare home so that would have to be factored in with the price !! how are paying it if they are knocking it off the price of the car ?? It states on their website that they give you free transport home !! So basically they wanted to knock the valuation down by more than £200!! for things they had already been told about at the original valuation !! Oh and for the free transport home !!
