Knowle Cars

I am writing to warn users of Auto Trader about a trader known as Knowle Cars.

If you come across this trader i advise you to avoid at all cost if your expecting any sort of customer service or satisfaction.

The below response is from Andy Harris the CEO of Knowle Cars, someone who you expect of high status to have some experience in customer relations, please don't be fooled by a few letters next to a name, it obviously in this case means i am better than you.

So this trader had a Ford KA on autotrader for 495 i was just looking for a cheap run around and in the pictures they had put up it showed dents in the doors but no detail to go with it explaining the obvious...was it involved in a crash.

So i emailed the trader asking about the damage done to the door as it has not been explained in the detail section. this is the email i recieved back.

You be the judge.

No the car has not been in an accident, there are some dents in the door, this does not need to be pointed out as it clearly shows it on the photograph. Thanks for pointing it out though you are obviously very busy to be moaning about such trivial things.

By the way the car is sold, not that you were ever interested.

This as in my eyes is not called for so i am doing my bit for the community and letting you know this guy is nothing but a mere cowboy and i would advise you avoid at all costs, Imagine the reply you would get if you actually purchased a car and something went wrong within a week what the response would be then???
