Short story is, I bought the car (BMW 1 series) which I thought had had a pdi check, turns out it hadnt. One wheel had one wheel nut holding it on! It was meant to be roadworthy!!! No one had checked the car only to be told by a manager that “could the rest have been stolen?” Absolutely moronic, the emails i have had just disputing neglegence are disgusting. Wont pay for any of the damage cause when the wheel actually nearly came off. Took the car away originally with a rattling noise which another manager was aware of! Even signed on the invoice to acknowledge would pay for this to be checked in london, and then any parts that needed replacing! None of them know anything about cars! Its all a facade to get u to buy the car. Going to cost £1700 to put right eveything they never checked in the first place!!! I nearly had an accident in the car because of it, could of been a whole lot worse.

I wish id never bothered to travel from london to get the car! Ive wasted a lot of time and money with the car arena!

Buyers… do yourself a favour and dont buy here!! If this review is seen by anyone, at least it will put people off purchasing any vehicles from this absolute circus dealership!!!

Brought a car from them paid £6600 and by the time we got it home the clutch was slipping

Rang them the same day and all I got was bull****.and excuses Totally not interested

Everywhere I can comment on this company I will and will keep doing so until I get my money back for a new clutch

Buyers Beware go somewhere else

This was my first time dealing with Auto Arena UK and it most certainly won't be my last. Their level of customer service is second to none. From the initial query phone call to the meeting Bristol airport (where he collected in person). It was great, I was even provided with local hotel and ferry times info for me to travel back home. They even contacted me to see if I got home safely. These lads certainly go the extra mile to help their customers. And most of all the m/bike was exactly as described...absolutely pristine. They even recommended me a great scenic route to the ferry through the Breacon Beacons. Many thanks guys. Kevin

I HAD BOUGHT MY CAR HERE ABOUT 2-3 YEARS AGO AND HAD A CAR ACCIDENT AND THE FIRST PLACE I THOUGHT ABOUT GOING TO, TO BUY A NEW CAR WAS AT CAR ARENA AUTO SALE. THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY THEY WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO FINISH THE CAR I WAS LOOKING AT AND MADE IT HAPPEN I PURCHASED THE CAR I WANTED TO GET AND I WAS SO HAPPY MY SECOND CAR I GOT THERE I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH! ALSO MY PARENTS HAVE BOUGH 2 CARS FROM HERE TOO. I CAN SAY THEY HAVE THE BEST CARS AND IN THE BEST CONDITIONS MY FIRST CAR NEVER GAVE ME ANY PROBLEMS I HATE THAT IT GOT IT TOTALED. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO THERE IF LOOKING FOR A CAR THEY'LL MAKE IT HAPPEN. :)

These men sold me a car knowing I had a disabled son and knowing the car was faulty. It broke down the morning after I bought it and everytime I took it back they pretended to fix it and it happened again. This continued until the warranty ran out.

This has made me ill with stress die my child being unable to attend hospital as I have no car which runs.

The only difference between these men and D Turpin is, at least D Turpin wore a mask!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please take this serious and stay away from this place they take advantage of everyone take the time to buy private and have rac check the car. They deal in filth!!!!!!! Not worth your custom very dissapointed and upset!

This company offered me £1000.00 less than my worst quote. This was also £1500.00 less than my best. Basically avoid unless you wish to be ripped off. I always found we buy any car to be the worst but these guys take the biscuit, spare Tyre, floor mats etc. Avoid at all costs.

I have just had a really pleasant experience using Car Arena. The company I sold my car to did everything they said they would and then sale completed very quickly and smoothly.I will recommend the website to all my friends as I sold my car hassle free and for a good price.

The only thing I would say is I was a bit weary of the website been free to use, it seems a bit too good to be true at first.

I sold my car through Car Arena just before Christmas and i am pleased to say all has gone extremely smoothly and the car has been collected from my house and the money is in my bank!!!!!!!!It is a great way to sell your car if you are like me and don't want the hassle of selling your car privately. I had two offers of the same amount which i was happy with and went with the company who could collect my car the quickest.

When I first entered my cars details onto car arena I actually didn't think I would sell my car or in fact receive any offers ,probably because their service is free to the sellers as they receive their income from the registered dealers who make the offers on the website I have since found out. I actually had 7 offers in less than a day and sold my car straight away and for a very respectful price might I add.the car has since been payed for in full and collected from my home. I must advise this service to anyone who wants to seek a car quickly for a good price. Thank you Car arena.
