Fantastic
Fantastic price and service, Ordered Tuesday arrived Thursday, as described, print spot on.
Was a 3 part canvas, do note fixings aren't included but sawtooth hangers/double framing hooks are cheap as anyway so not a bother
Very very pleased with the outcome, really ties the room together, cheapest price I'd found on the net and with the reviews below I was skeptical, but I figured more people take to the internet with bad experiences rather than good ones, which just isn't fair
Poor Quality
We bought a print for Xmas and within 2 months it became significantly warped, ie around 2 inches off the wall in one corner and 1 inch on the opposite corner. It is not in any direct heat so no reason for this to happen. We received no reply from our email to customer services so phoned them instead. We were told that there was nothing they could do because it was more than 30 days since we ordered it! Things don't warp overnight so feel this is unreasonable.
Canvas Arrived Damaged
Canvas arrived with a rip in bottom right corner. Simply Canvas refuse to even acknowledge my complaints. A terrible, untrustworthy company. BEWARE!!
Customer Services Don't Reply
I ordered a canvas for christmas last year with a guarantee it would arrive in time for christmas and it arrived in January. I merely asked for the return of the £15 delivery fee and haven't had one response yet despite several letters, disgusting customer service- it appears others are having the same problem...
Disgraceful Disgusting Customer Service
I ordered 1 extra large canvas and a 3 panel set, both were damaged when delivered, they should never have been passed by quality control, they are not of merchantable quality. I contacted customer service, was instructed to send photographic evidence of faults which I did. This and my subsequent emails have been "completely" ignored, cannot even phone them as the number constantly rings out (I think they have blocked my number).I have given them 14 days to respond, if I don't receive a response I am passing the matter on to the county court. Dreadful way to treat customers !! Do not use this company.
No Interest In Problem.
Purchased several canvases, one frame is warped, three phone calls to customer services have each resulted in "I will look into and call you back" not one call received!
Couldn't care less attitude but why should they care they have my money. £65 out of pocket, do not buy from this lot, go to a High Street retailer as quality is not great for the money either, go see before you buy.
Canvas Not As Depicted On Website
I ordered the 'Fireskys' panoramic canvas which looked like a deep rich colour on the website. This was to give colour to a room and was also a gift. When the canvas arrived it was actually much more orange than depicted with a lot less detail. I contacted the company who promised to investigate if I sent pictures in of the offending canvas, which I subsequently did. Since then I have heard nothing. This was the second purchase from this company, the first being excellent, but it was much smaller!
I realise the restrictions of website detail, but if the item is not up to the standard expected,I feel a refund should have been offered.
Looks like it will be going on ebay after Christmas. Very disappointed, I won't be buying anymore from this company and have advised my friends not to either.

Exceptionally Disappointed
The image profiled on SimplyCanvasArt's website was very striking and captivating. However the quality and sharpness of the canvas received was extremely disappointing and very dark. The colour quality was not consistant throughout and the flowers in the image appear as though they have been photoshopped on and do not belong in the image. The right hand side of the picture is completely black with two grey spots and the overall image is very dark and instead of capivating you it raises negative emotions.
I have shown the canvas to family and friends and they are in agreement which my comments. I have forwarded an email to SimplyCanvasArt's customer services department and have yet to receive a response.

Eventually the canvas has arrived. It did take the guts of an hour on the telephone to DHL to get delivery sorted.
Despite what Gill at simplycanvasart.co.uk has said, DHL say that the wrong postcode is not a problem as they check postcodes against addresses when necessary. The DHL manager and delivery driver were both very helpful.
Anyhow, the image on the canvas is nice but the quality of construction is below what I would have expected and so it is expensive for what it is and hence two stars off for poor value for money.
The other two stars are lost because of the lack of customer service. If I could drop 3 starts I would!!
Would I buy from this site again? In a word - NO. Given the basic construction of the canvas frame etc. and the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in trying to resolve why there was such a delay in the delivery, I simply cannot recommend simplycanvasart.co.uk .
Also looking at other canvas art suppliers on the web there appears to be a very similar business http://www.the-canvas-art-shop.co.uk., http://www.canvasartprint.co.uk , and a few others. Although the colours on this web site are different the web sites are too similar to be a sheer coincidence - even down to the technical ids of the webpage objects - so I would avoid this site also. Apologies to respective businesses if this is not the case.
It is a shame as we did like the web site and the broad range of images available. In fact had shortlisted over £800 of artwork as we wanted a couple of 3 panel canvases for the dog-leg stairs and a large canvas for the lounge. Also we are in the process of revamping our offices but our future business will not be going to simplycanvasart.co.uk or any web site which has a similar web presence.
Yes Gill at Simply Canvas when she does condescend to reply finds every way not to take back faulty product for refund, not replying at all now to any further emails!
Couldn't care less company, DO NOT DEAL WITH SIMPLY CANVAS! You will waste your money!
I think this company also trades as MOHKA (which also has a Gill on "Customer Service") - see my review of Mohka in Jan 2013. I believe the parent company is Arthouse Direct Ltd. A shameful way of doing business!
