I ordered 3 A2 prints using Livingsocial vouchers. The prints arrived in poor packaging. One had print defects on so I spoke with them and send photos showing the issue. They replaced that one. About 6 months later I noticed the prints had faded (they were not is sunlight of anything like that). I tried on several occasions to get hold of them but my emails initially were ignored. After persisting they eventually replied saying I had to send them back at my own cost for them to look at them. Having advised that the photos clearly showed the issues and that the cost of returning them was not far off the cost of the prints they said there was nothing they could do and become quite aggressive towards my email. I then tried through Livingsocial and they were not interested so as I purchased them on my credit card I reported the issue to the credit card company who refunded all the money. During that process I was contacted by Images to Treasure accusing me of hacking into his systems and threatening legal action and calling the Police. I advised he was welcome to do that but first should maybe understand his business before making unfounded allegations. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Living social had an offer. In total I paid about £15 for the medium sized canvas print(including postage). Not worth that at all! The quality is terrible. I wrote and complained and did get the response that they would reprint if i paid them another £6.95 postage! The way the canvas is attached to the frame is all lumpy and bumpy. Cheap and nasty. Went for a black and white print, but there is little contrast between the colours -looks more like a grey blur! Avoid using this company.

Arrived fine but a few months down the line and the canvases have faded and look rubbish - one is even in a room with no sun so that can't be blamed. The area which is above the wooden frame has turned pink too! Will need to be taken off the walls.

Would never use this company again and feel sorry for anyone who paid full price for their product. Contacted them and been ignored. Also contacted Dealcoud (where we purchased from) and they said the 'can't do anything'. So money down the drain. Beware and avoid!

I had ordered a canvas for printing for my grandparents. However they had not looked at the photo and therefore cut part of my grandfather head in the picture. Informed them about it but had no reply. Its not difficult to check that the head of people will fit in the picture. The picture sent was the same aspect ratio as the canvas.

There are many canvas printers out there, avoid this one as no one replies or picks up the phone when things go wrong.
