ordered picture 1/12 money taken from account 3/12 via Nochex emails sent x 2 No reply telephoned x 3 no answer 14/12 goods still not received

21/12 Finally contacted ' xxxxx' who was most apologetic and described difficulties with another site, telephones and email.Promised delivery before Christmas and/or refund.
24/12 Goods delivered , exactly as ordered and excellent value.
Phoned 'xxxx' to confirm and I will be refunded P/P £10.00
