I placed my order and paid for Express Delivery due in 2 days. After 4 days I phoned the company to be greeted by an employee who inferred I should have received my order. He said he would look into it and contact me. 3 more days went by, with me trying to make contact by phone every day. No response at all and no opportunity to leave a message. Finally, desperate to get my canvasses as gifts to teachers at the end of the school term I reordered from another source. I now hear that my canvasses are on their way from Canvass4Life. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of communication and the week's delay that I paid a premium rate to avoid. The charges for the canvasses were extortionate in the first place and to have to rebuy them to ensure I had the gifts in time makes me extremely angry.

This was a re-order from 2011.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently.

I got a canvas of my late 19yr old daughter 8 years ago. So many people admired it and a relative asked me to order them one recently. I used a different company as I couldn't remember who had done the original (was just having a clear out and found the card)when it arrived I was so disappointed as it was inferior to my one. The colours were drab and the frame was fragile. I am now going to order a replacement from this site. So, a bit late but highly recommended! Myrna McG.

The Canvas4life site is extremely easy to use. I have been there a number of times now. This time, for whatever reason, although the picture was the right way up on my computer, it was upside down when I loaded it to Canvas4life. Try as I might I could not get it to orientate correctly.

So I called the helpline. It was answered immediately. The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. The picture sent was still 180 degrees out, but he said he will look out for it and sort it.

In this web driven world, this was an extremely pleasant surprise.

Just received my canvas today it looks fantastic really good quality canvas and free delivery too .

I’ve had 5 done now and the service is second to none .One of the canvases had a pink tint to it ,but I’ll hold my hand up and say it was me trying to make a colour photo into a sepia print and the screen on my laptop was a bit out And I got it a bit wrong , but an email to the team followed by a phone call from them soon had a redo sent out which was perfect . Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Hi i recently received my canvas but im not happy with it, the picture is not centralized so look odd, i have emailed but have received no reply, i have ordered from you before and have been extremely happy, i want it send my canvas back to you and replace it with another one, can someone please contact me

Successful at second attempt. The first time it kept returning to the registration page when I wanted to check out, but this may be because I started off trying to order the quick way without registering first. Apart from that quick and easy, and no problems downloading the Gift Certificate.
