Buyer Beware
Credit card charged but the prints never arrived. I left multiple email messages to the whereabouts of my order with no reply. I called on 5 consecutive days with no answer or call back to the status of my order. Two weeks after placing my order I now get to dispute the charge with my bank, what fun! Shop somewhere else.
Poor Service, Never Received My Order
The site says that the canvas I ordered would ship within 24 hours. When you click on it, it says it will ship in 2-3 days. Ok, so I order and I am pleased that I receive a 60% off coupon, which is on there anytime you log onto the site. It's not a special. They just charge super high prices so they can say they gave you a discount. It's been about 2 weeks since I've ordered and I still have not received a response or any activity on my tracking number they sent me. The charge on my credit card doesn't even say Canvas Elite. I'll wait a few more days and see if I receive a reply from anyone or updated tracking info. This is very frustrating.

Banksy Art
There prices are unbelievable. Bought 2 Banksy wall arts with them and I am sooo satisfied with their service and delivery. When the product arrived I could not believe the quality of the image and how well it looked in my living room and bedroom.

Was looking online for Starry Night painting of Van Gogh to give my wife for her birthday, she really enjoy art and I thought this art would really suit our home as well.
Found this website www.canvaselite.com, what amazed me that they offered lower rates than other websites. So i decided to go with them, they offered Giant size for their art on Canvas. Customer service was very pleasent when i called to follow up with them on my order. And when the painting arrived, quality of the product was unbelievable, I did not expect it to have such a good quality and looks awesome in our living room.
My wife absolutely loved the painting and she said that i should surprise her with presents like this more often

I'm trying to get in touch with someone at Canvas Elite, concerning a gift certificate that I purchased for my niece, who is a new mom and wanted a canvas picture of her first baby. My niece tried to redeem the gift certificate online, the system rejected the numbers that were given to her. We have emailed and called the company with no responses. Now the certificate has expired, I'm just trying to 1) see if the company is still in business? 2) see if there is anyway she can still use her gift? I'm willing to even pay extra for the gift.
