This is the second time I’ve used YourImage2Canvas so thought I’d pass on my thoughts

I design my own photo montages in Photoshop which contain many photos and so the finished file is sometimes quite large. I sent YourImage2Canvas my file (Photoshop file) via drop box on Wednesday at about 1:30pm. I received my print Thursday at about 10:30am. You can’t really ask for better service than that.

The delivery company (Interlink Express) sent me an email to check on my parcels progress. It also allowed me to add “deliver to a safe place” free of charge if no one was at home. I received another email on the day of delivery telling me who was delivering it (drivers name) and when my parcel will be delivered within a particular hour slot.

My Parcel arrived safely and came wrapped in bubble wrap with two sturdy pieces of card on either side of my print for protection.

Print quality is excellent and canvas looks great

YourImage2Canvas and Interlink Express have provided an excellent service together and I can highly recommend them.

The website is one of the best for canvas printing that I have seen, with lots of options for customising your prints online and an instant view of what you will receive. The only feature it was missing of some competitors is the ability to upload pfd files, but if image quality is not a major concern there are easy pdf to jpg conversion websites that can be used to get around that.

When my delivery arrived one had been printed wrong. I checked my confirmation email to make sure it wasn't my mistake. I called yourimage2canvas who acknowledged how it had been sent, claiming that it was better, but they got increasingly rude and abruptly hung up. When I called back they hung up again. I was planning on having a lot of wedding photos printed through this website, but because the customer service is so bad I wouldn't use them again. Fortunately my credit card company are dealing with them now.

Just found these guys on Google and tried them as the site looked good/professional. Easy to use, quick upload and then print came the next day and with free delivery, so can't complain. Only thing I'd say is a little cheaper... but then again I'm always after a deal. Ordered a 16 inch square canvas from a photo I took holiday and it has come out with a really good quality print and vivid colours.

But I'd definitely recommend yourimage2canvas to a friend.
