I placed an order for two PX400 batteries as i was having some trouble sourcing them locally. The prices seemed reasonable, although looking at it now, the site doesn't appear to provide any info on delivery methods used etc.

Anyway, i placed the order and received a confirmation e-mail. One week later, the batteries had not arrived, and i had not had any communication regarding the order. I e-mailed them (on Sunday evening) to find out when to expect the order, only to be told:

"...the person who is in charge of mail order is on holiday he will be back on Thursday your 2 battery's will leave here on Thursday afternoon".

I felt that it wasn't acceptable to wait almost two weeks for an item that was in stock. It appears there is only one person who can process their orders, and everything stops when he is on holiday! There was no mention of extended delivery times on their site, or in the confirmation e-mail.

I will not be using this company again, as i felt they were incredibly unprofessional and i would not have any faith in them.
