Had an idea of the product I wanted tho wasn't to sure, explained to UKlight. They broke everything down for me, asked me questions what I was using it for where I was using it etc and give me the options available and advised what was best and why it was best. I really liked how they took the time to speak to me, to understand what I needed from the product, and there knowledge of the products on the market which helped my greatly in deciding what to go for.

The staff where very nice and realxed and I was not made to feel rushed as some other retailers would do.

The item arrived on time as described I couldn't possibly be happier with the service from start to finish.

Before purchasing from this company - I emailed with my inquiry, not only did I get a response, it was by phone within hours of me emailing!! The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Throughout the entire process including aftercare the business was exemplary. I have become a regular customer at UK Light, since my first experience needing some advice about a Kino Flo set up.

It was like talking to a photographer friend who knew the kit, rather than a pure salesman and the advice was dead sound. I feel very looked after as a customer, which is ace. It's like the kind of service you'd expect from a family run photography store, only it's from an online retailer which is amazing.

UK Light should be proud of how they work and how they treat their customers - it's very refreshing in this faceless age.

I was after a part that wasn't in stock and I was given advice about possible other parts if I was in need of it urgently. I decided to wait as I wasn't in a rush and was e-mailed as soon as the new stock had arrived. The item arrived the day after I bought it and I'm over the moon.

Not many companies really impress me in terms of service but this one certainly did. They sent me a manfrotto catalogue as well which means I've spotted many more things I want to buy and I won't hesitate to use this company in future.

Also, they were the cheapest I could find so that's even more of a reason to use them.
