I was a little concerned after reading other reviews, however I paid with Paypal and ordered the Davis Vantage Vue Weather station, i paid for a next day delivery and as promissed the item arrived at just before 10 the next day. Overall not bad, good and fast delivery, and Red Onions told me when the item was dispatched. I would use again however I did find their website not the easiest to find products on.

Order placed 12th February for a "GoPro Hero3 Replacement Housing", quoted on their web site as "Available - delivery normally 2 - 4 days."

Still waiting 9 days later...

I phoned on the 19th at 10:20; was told it was in stock and that some "heads would be knocked together" in the warehouse and it would be sent. Also that I would be phoned back in about 10 minutes.

Heard nothing further, so I phoned back at 15:28 and left a voicemail asking to be updated, as no-one answered the phone (website claims "lines open 9am to 6pm").

I was still not called back so phoned *again* (third time) on the 20th at 11:34. I was assured that the package had been sent, first class, on the 19th so should arrive on the 20th or 21st. The post has now been delivered on the 21st and still no housing.

Red Onions' order tracking page *still* has no order activity beyond "13/02/2013 Processing" suggesting it has not been dispatched at all.

I am starting to think this is a fake company that doesn't carry any stock nor even have a warehouse.

I have opened a dispute with PayPal in the hope of obtaining a refund.

Red-Onions.co.uk have taken my order for a camera on their website which claimed in stock. After over a week, no camera, I have heard nothing, left messages without reply, no emails. Can companies like this still exist?
