I Would Recommend The Rankhour Online Camera Shop
I would recommend the Rankhour online camera shop site from my own experience, but I have since read other peoples reviews which were vastly different to my own. However, I speak as I find.

What A Madhouse! I Placed My Order And Was A Littl
What a madhouse! I placed my order and was a little disappointed when the next day I got an email from them telling me that because my shipping address was different to my billing address, I would need to fax a bank statement or utility bill to confirm my identity. That was no problem, and I faxed it off. I also emailed the person from customer services back, to tell them that I had sent the required fax.
I heard nothing back.
4 days later I got the same email from them, telling me to send a bank statement or utility bill. So, a little cheesed off, I rang them and ended up speaking to the person who sent me the email in the first place, and didn't respond to my email or fax.
She (Lana) told me that they hadn't received my fax (even though my fax machine told me that it had gone through OK). She then put me on hold for a few minutes, came back, asked to confirm my delivery address, then told me that they would be able to process my order - I guess she had just gone and found the fax, but she maintained that she hadn't received it - it was OK because the order could now be processed anyway.
1 week later, nothing.
I called again, to find out that the mp3 player was out of stock in the colour I specified, so I changed the colour, and the guy tells me that it will now ship that day.
I called the next day as I could see from their website that the order hadn't shipped yet. They told me that the order would be processed 'probably today but maybe tomorrow', and it will be with me on Friday.
Next day I ring up again, since it still hasn't shipped. The guy tells me that they haven't shipped it because they don't want to ship them separately. When I press him, he tells me that the digital camera I ordered is out of stock, but it will be dispatched on Friday when they get some more in.
At this point, I reach my breaking point, and cancel the order. I have no doubt that had I not done this, the order would not have shipped this Friday.
At least they did not charge my credit card, since they didn't actually ship the order - thinking about it, it's probably because they couldn't organise themselves to get that done!
The whole process took 2 1/2 weeks, so if you need something in a hurry (or even at all) then I wouldn't recommend these guys - I will go back to DABS (or even ebuyer) where I have always received good service.

Www.rankhour.com Responded Very Well To An Online
www.rankhour.com responded very well to an online order as one would expect. However, their response in the light of a delivery to a wrong address by City-Link (can I say that here?) was and is fantastic.
Once the details were established they offered a replacement straight away. Then the delivery agent changed their view and withheld responsibility for an improper delivery.
Staff at www.rankhour.com seemed to be trying to do their very best in trying circumstances in response to delivery agent letting everyone down.
At the moment everything is up in the air again after delivery agent denied responsibility for a second time. It seems quite an unprofessional attitude for a delivery agent to take yet rankhour seem to be rising to the occasion with style and elegance.
Update 13-04-2006
At an implication of being charged the full £300 or so by my credit card company I decided to traipse about to see what I could find.
I found the package. It had been delivered to a community centre.
The driver and City-Link were still adamant that it had been delivered to the correct address.
