I ordered a few different types of film from MX2, as i was finding it quite hard to find the Fuji Professional range in any local shops. I was happy enough with the price of the items, as it was fairly competitive with other retailers, and i had heard of MX2 before, which gave me a bit of confidence.

After placing the order (total of 9 rolls of film), the first package of 3 films arrived quite quickly. However, the rest didn't turn up in time for the event i needed them for (a friend's wedding). I waited, and decided to see how long it would take them to either deliver, or to contact me (the payment is only taken when goods are sent, so i wasn't losing out if they never came). As it turns out, it took almost SIX WEEKS before i got an e-mail saying that the order was delayed due to a manufacturing problem, and that my order would be dispatched in another 10-14 days. I have now asked them to just cancel the order as i no longer need the items.

In short, a good range and competitive pricing have been totally scuppered by a lack of communication. If i had received prompt notification of the problem, that would have been fine, as i understand these things happen. However, six weeks is far too long. I will NOT be shopping at MX2 again.
