Unfair Review From Hungary

Mailshots have received a poor review from a customer in Hungary.

She writes in September 2013 that she purchased goods from Mailshots to the value of £290.00 in July 2012!! yes over 15 months after the purchase the 1st thing we Mailshots is this awful review. No email,no phone, no fax or letter.

Her order for £210.59 and not £290.00 as stated in her review, was dispatched on the 17th July 2012 via Royal Mail International to Hungary. Why wait this long to inform Mailshots of non delivery? Why is the amount incorrect?

Mailshots will not reply directly to her review because Reviewcentre require £19.00 per month as a business user to do so. This Mailshots will not do on a matter of principle.

The Above is not correct. I advised Mailshots on the 22nd August 2012 that I had not received the order and also sent various other e mails requesting the courtesy of a response on 28th August 2012, 29th August 2012, 1st September 2012, 26th December 2012, all of which were completely ignored. I subsequently sent various e mails directly on the Mailshots internet site, under the contact us tab. In desperation I finally wrote a review about the company, in order to discourage other buyers from this site. The Review Centre also asked for copies of my correspondences and documentation to prove my claim, which I forwarded to the, and they subsequently passed on all my contact details to Mailshots, so that they could contact me themselves to clear up this matter, in any case, Mailshots would have had my contact details on file with my order, as well as on my numerous e mails, but once again they have made no effort at all to contact me. If Mailshots is a reputable merchant, why have they not tried to rectify this problem? The I agree the order amount is correct at £210.59, the amount of £290 was incorrect and was a typo. As to the rest, I stand by my previous review. I ordered goods, the money was taken, and I've received nothing at all.

Order Taken, Goods Not Delivered.

I placed an order in July 2012 for £290, the charge was duly deducted from my credit card a week later, however the goods were never delivered. Over the past year sent various e mail and have complained numerous times, however I have had no response. Keep away.

And you know this on what authority? I have a credit card transaction to Mailshot UK, and no goods delivered. I have written numerous e mails to the company in complaint, and to this day I have not even had the courtesy of a response. A reliable and trustworthy company would do everything in it's power to resolve this matter, which is what I have been trying to do for the past year, but all I have received to date, is a solid wall of silence.

Excellent Service & Advice!

I was impressed with the clear website and the wide range of products. Customer Service returned my call about product information and stocks. They also gave me advice on a non-related subject. I ordered Monday lunchtime and the KENRO Air Dusters were delivered on Tuesday at 10.30!

36 Exp Roll Film

Clear website. Very efficient, well ordered service. Delivery arrived in 2 days. I find this company especially useful as the roll film I require is no longer generally available. Carriage is extra.
