I recently purchased a camera from this site for a gift for christmas, The camera I wanted was actually out of stock when I purchased when I made the order, and was promised in stock in a week or so.

Even though they didn't get the stock back in on the date promised they kept me upto date with what is going on and also send me a free film to apologise for the delay, they also refunded half of my postage costs.

Response to any queries where lightning fast. Pretty good, would be amazing if they hadn't had stock issues.
