On receiving my camera I realised that part of my order was not included, I sent an EMail asking for advise and had a reply WITHIN 5 MINUTES advising me that the item had been sent separately,

This arrived the next day, However by then I had discovered a slight fault with the camera,again an E Mail was sent and again a rapid response advising me that a replacement camera would be dispatched a.s.a.p. This arrived within 24 hours with a returns pack and postage paid wrapping.I have just finished "playing" with my new toy and I feel that I have been part of a very satisfying and trouble free transaction dealt with by a professional team.

Anyone considering a refurbished camera certainly has my recommendation for this company.
