I would definitely recommend Fotodeals after the service they provided for me. I placed an order online and was it was confirmed straight away followed soon after with an expected delivery time for the next day. It duly arrived at that time well packaged and in perfect condition.

The links on the website seem to have been developed to confuse as many customers as possible. I was looking to buy a Panasonic Lumix GH3. A fairly expensive bit of kit, but the links kept sending me all over the place - even when thhe full descriptive name was entered into the search. The same thinhg happened when attempting to find anything using the usual search by manufacturee etc. A complete wast of my time - in the end I switched to a more reliable web site and made my purchase. If foto deals are looking to go out of business they seem to have a head start.

Took time to ring suppliers ensuring the item I wanted was in stock, therefore, allowing me to receive it by the required date.

Item is as described and am pleased with its quality.

Delivery was quick.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

The process was very easy and the lady that dealt with my order was fantastic. She has kept me up to date with progress and I expecting my delivery any time .

I contacted Helen at Fotodeals on Friday before the August Bank Holiday weekend to see if she had in stock a very expensive Pentaz lens which I wanted to buy. She said she didn't have it in their warehouse, but would be able to order it straight away from Pentax if they had it in stock, and send it on to me immediately. Helen let me know straight away that Pentax could supply it, then emailed me on the following Tuesday morning to let me know that it was on its way to me. It arrived by special delivery early on Wednesday morning - Helen had also confirmed by phone that I had received her email and knew the lens was on its way. Excellent, incredibly fast service, and so nice to have the personal, friendly touch.

After struggling to find this item anywhere on the web, eventually came across Foto Deals who indicated on their website they had the item. After the disappointment of other sites decided to email them to make sure the item was actually in stock before placing my order. Within 20 minutes received a reply from Helen, who advised me that while they actually had none in stock she had contacted her supplier who did. She further advised that if I still required the item then she could arrange for it to be sent direct from the supplier thereby saving time. Needless to say I placed my order and received the item the following day.

Throughout this process I found Helen extremely helpful, polite and professional, qualities which are priceless these days and as such will certainly prompt me to seriously consider shopping with them again should I require another 'obscure' item.

Would just like to comment on the service I received from Photodeals which was absolutely 1st class, good price, very fast service, very easy to deal with, great communications, what more can I say I would buy from Photodeals anytime, thanks for such a great service ya'll, and special thanks to Helen Ball who dealt with me, it's getting quite rare now days well done!!!

Despite a slight hiccup in the checking out process I was most impressed with my first purchase from this company.Invariably,sometimes things go a little awry but the problem was handled very courteously and professionally with the goods being delivered on time and perfectly as ordered.It was a pleasure to do business with Helen Ball of fotodeals,I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and will deal with them again in the future.

A very refreshing change from companies who appear not to accept any responsibility for any fault no matter howsoever caused. Fotodeals (and Helen Ball in particular) deserve to do very well in these difficult times.

I was originally reluctant as there were no online reviews for this site, however, service was excellent. Ordered before noon and received goods the next day as described on the website. Would recommend the site.
